Join us for a monthly Three Sisters Meeting!

We'll cook a seasonal meal together using nutrient-dense whole ingredients (all levels of cooking experience welcome!), eat delicious food, tell stories, explore a new topic, swap tips, review books, ask questions, and find encouragement for a life of intention and flourishing within community.

Meeting Location: Rachel's Kitchen (Central Sioux Falls)

Our menu is always gluten free, and we do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions. Local and organic ingredients used whenever available. Please note, menu is subject to change based on seasonal ingredient availability.
